This Privacy Policy explains what data the TruckRunner mobile application may process, how such data is used, stored, shared, and deleted. We aim to minimize data collection and do not require users to provide real personal data for the basic use of the game.

• Game profile data: in-game nickname, internal player identifier, selected avatar, active truck/skin, ranking, gameplay statistics, in-game achievements, and other data necessary for the functioning of the profile and leaderboard.

• Advertising data: if advertising is shown in the application, third-party advertising SDKs may process device data, advertising identifiers, IP address, and other technical information in accordance with their own privacy policies.
• Local data on the device: game settings, progress, purchased items, selected sound and language settings, and other local gameplay data that may be stored on the user's device.

2. What data we do not require

For the basic use of the application, we do not require users to provide their real name, passport details, home address, phone number, or other real identifying information. Users may use an in-game nickname instead of their real name.

3. How data is used

Data may be used for the following purposes:

• creating and maintaining a game profile;
• displaying user rankings and leaderboards;
• saving game progress and settings;
• ensuring the proper operation, security, and stability of the application;
• showing advertisements and limiting abuse of advertising-related features;

• complying with legal requirements and the rules of the platforms on which the application is distributed.

4. Who data may be shared with

6. User leaderboard

The application may publicly display certain gameplay data in the leaderboard, including a nickname, in-game avatar, score, or other game statistics. Do not use real personal data in your nickname if you do not want it to be displayed publicly in the leaderboard.

7. Data retention

Data is stored only for as long as necessary for the operation of the application's features, compliance with platform requirements, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, and fulfillment of legal obligations. Local data may remain stored on the user's device until the application is deleted or its data is cleared.

If the application allows account creation, the user may submit a request to delete the account and the data associated with it:

• through the account deletion function within the application; or

Upon receiving a request, we delete the account or irreversibly de-identify the associated data within 30 calendar days, unless retention is required by law or is necessary for security, fraud prevention, or the fulfillment of financial/technical obligations.

9. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, alteration, loss, or destruction. However, no method of data transmission over the Internet or electronic storage can guarantee absolute security.

We do not require users to provide real personal data for the basic use of the game. If the application is also directed to children or may be used by children under the age of 13, data processing, advertising display, and the use of third-party SDKs must comply with Google Play requirements and applicable laws concerning children's data protection.
